CODY, Wyoming — Erik Rautenberg, 29, has lost his hunting, fishing and trapping privileges for three years for taking a buck mule deer out of season. In addition, Rautenberg has been ordered to pay $7,540 in fines.
Rautenberg pleaded guilty to shooting the buck with a pistol earlier this year west of Cody.
