WI: One person dead in Dodge County hunting accident

The Dodge County Sheriff says one person has died in a hunting-related incident Tuesday morning. Law enforcement were called to County G and Mud Lake Road at around 7:00 a.m. Tuesday. Sheriff Dale Schmidt says it’s being treated as a death investigation. Schmidt says it’s still early in the investigation, but they are working closely with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources as they look into what happened.
