ATHENS, Wis (WSAU) There was a hunter-death in Marathon County on Tuesday night.
The sheriffs department says 47-year-old Richard Lepak died in the woods near Athens in the Town of Hamburg. He was found below his tree stand.
Investigators believe he had just shot a deer, and probably died of natural causes.
