One local hunter left his mark early in 2015. Joshua Cole Kirkland, 1605 Abbie St., of Marshall, was arrested by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office for hunting from a public road, failing to retrieve and waste of game, hunting with an artificial light and hunting at night.
