LIMESTONE COUNTY – Cases are pending after a game warden in Limestone County caught a man night-hunting from a rural roadway.
A Texas Parks and Wildlife warden stopped a vehicle and found night-vision goggles and a high-powered rifle with a suppressor attached, as well as a spotlight and a loaded handgun.
The individual said he had permission to hunt on both sides of the roadway, though the warden could not confirm his story.
