The second sentence has been issued to one of the five men involved in the 2012 illegal hunting activities in southern Ashland County. Brockton Van Horn, 23, of Loudonville, was sentenced Monday to a total of six months in the Ashland County Jail and ordered to pay $1,000 in fines.
