LAKE CITY, SC – 25-year-old Samantha Moore died Saturday during a tragic accident while on a hunting trip with family and friends in Florence County.
Moore was walking through the woods with other hunters trailing a deer around 6 p.m.
A member of the hunting party stepped into a hole, McCullough said, causing her to fall and the shotgun she was holding went off, hitting Moore.
