PA: Stowe man behind bars for hunting with illegal shotgun

Norristown – Michael Trump, 43, pleaded guilty Oct. 16 to a misdemeanor charge of possessing an instrument of crime.

Trump was sentenced to five to 23 months in county prison, with credit for four months and two days of time already served, and also to three years of probation for a total period of supervision of about five years.

Trump was arrested after hunting on Universal Concrete Products property in close proximity to employees, without consent.

Trump’s criminal history reveals that he is not permitted to possess a firearm.
