PA: N.J. man charged after bullet misses deer, hits hunter, report says

Porter Township, Clarion County – Western Pennsylvania – Steven J.
Stankiewicz Sr., 52, fired three shots at a group of deer about 24 yards from him. The first shot hit the victim, according to a criminal complaint obtained by ExploreClarion.com.

The victim was hunting from a tree stand about 277 yards from Stankiewicz when the bullet allegedly struck him in the left leg. He faces a fine and the loss of his hunting license for two years.
