SPRING GROVE, Pa. – Jeremy Dettinger, 24, was visiting his parent’s home in North Codorus Township Monday when a bullet hit him in the back.
Dettinger was walking outside when he suddenly felt a pain in his back and fell to the ground. He was transported to York Hospital to have the bullet removed.
Police said the round was fired from a rifle triggered a mile away or more.
