Man Sentenced For Shooting Hunter
A hunter from Danville is headed to prison for shooting another hunter and never calling for help.
A judge sentenced Michael Kelly Thursday to up to eight years in prison.
Kelly admits shooting a turkey hunter last June outside Danville.
Kelly never called for help because knowing he was a convicted felon he wasn’t supposed to have a gun.
