SHOEMAKERSVILLE – State police at Hamburg charged Aaron Russell Boyer III, Bernville, with criminal trespass after hunting at 6:43 a.m. Saturday on property belonging to Scott Sandridge, 100 Woodland Terrace, Tilden Township.
Police said Sandridge leases the property from the original property from the original property owner for the hunting season and had not given Boyer permission to hunt on the property.
