MIDDLESEX TWP — A bow hunter believed to be in his 30’s was hurt Tuesday afternoon when he fell while climbing up to a tree stand in woods off Logan Road in the township, authorities said.

The man, whose name was not available, fell about 8 feet, landing awkwardly on his feet, said Middlesex police Sgt. Randy Ruediger. “He thought he may have dislocated his hip,” Ruediger said.
