GUILFORD TOWNSHIP: Tyler Joseph Diamond is charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with felony possession of a firearm by someone not to possess, five counts of unlawful taking or possession of game or wildlife, two counts of unlawful acts concerning licenses, and one count of unlawful devices.

Diamond admitted to a witness that he had killed a goose and went to hide it when he saw the witness’ vehicle. The witness saw Diamond retrieve the dead goose, place it in his pick-up truck and leave.

Upon searching Diamond’s criminal history, it was found that he was previously convicted of a conspiracy to commit burglary charge, and prohibited from possessing firearms.

Diamond did not have a valid hunting license for August 2015 and had not received accreditation for a hunter education program. He told investigators that he began hunting three years ago, but never attended any hunter education classes.

Diamond was taken into custody Sunday, and held at Franklin County Jail on $30,000 bail.
