31 year old Richard Ireland and 44 year old Rickey Wilcutt have been charged with discharging a firearm in the city on November 9th.
When police arrived, the men barricaded themselves inside a home. Hostage negotiators were called to the scene.
The men weren’t going after other people, but instead, they were shooting at squirrels. Detective Andy Johnson says the men were using rifles and shot at a squirrel in a tree when a bullet hit a home.
