Two men died over the weekend as a result of hunting-related activity.
Ray Schuh, 85, appeared to have fallen out of a tree stand while hunting in West Sparta Saturday afternoon. He died of his injuries.
Robert Ryan, 69, died early Sunday morning in Springwater. It appeared Ryan’s death appeared to be due to a “medical occurrence.” He had started to drag a buck by hand back toward the residence, then he left the buck and continued on foot back toward the residence and collapsed.
