MAYFIELD – Two Gloversville men were charged after an investigation into illegal deer hunting.
Todd M. Harwood was charged with three counts of illegally killing a deer, three counts of possessing a pistol while muzzle-loader hunting and exceeding the bag limit for deer and three violations of hunting deer over bait.
State police assistance resulted in a felony charge of criminal possession of a weapon against Harwood, authorities said.
In addition to wildlife violations, Steven D. Olsen also was charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of a large-capacity ammunition clip and illegally growing marijuana.
Both men were remanded to Fulton County Jail in lieu of bail.
