NY: Officers charge Norfolk man with trapping violations

The state Department of Environmental Conservation reports that conservation officers issued tickets to a Norfolk man accused of trapping violations.

Christopher B. Earl, 54, was charged Feb. 15 with illegal use of a snare trap and failing to tag traps. He paid a $200 fine and a $5 court surcharge Feb. 24.
