PITTSTOWN — Police said they received a call of illegal hunting on Rifenburg Road in Pittstown on Nov. 21.
They found Milo E. Tudor, showing signs of intoxication, with two deer carcasses in his pick-up truck, and the decapitated head of a third deer nearby.
Police said Tudor failed field sobriety tests. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, and issued state Environmental Conservation tickets.
Tudor was also cited for hunting without a license, illegal hunting/taking game and hunting while intoxicated.
