Wellsville, N.Y. – The investigation into the death this week of a Florida man while hunting in Friendship is pending, state police said Thursday afternoon.
Oscar Feliu, 66, was bowhunting Monday evening. His body was found in an area far enough away from the tree stand to rule out an accidental fall.
