TOWN OF MIDDLEBURY, N.Y. — Two men found hunting on state land in the Town of Middlebury were charged with 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to law enforcement officials.
New York State Police say Clayton Fuller, 39, and Eli LaRock III, 37, were each previously convicted of a felony, which bars them from owning firearms.
Each are also accused of violating conservation laws. Both men were released on appearance tickets.
