Brian Quaca – host of the “Pig Man” TV hunting series on the Sportsman Channel – on Tuesday admitted to failing to obtain a permit to film a bear hunt in the Nantahala National Forest.
Quaca pleaded guilty to the charge stemming from a bear hunt in October 2011 in Macon County, and was fined $1,500 by Magistrate Judge Dennis Howell in U.S. Superior Court in Bryson City.
