  • Harold Biebel, Bowling Green, KY, shooting preserve offenses, bond forfeited $135, ticket issued 9/30/16.
  • Morgan John Rising, unlawful possess/ship/transport of game fish/bird/game or furbearing animal elk/deer/antel/mtn. lion, $735 with $200 suspended on conditions for 18 months (4/6/18), restitution to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks in the amount of $1,000 with a restitution supervisory fee of $100, concurrent with charge #2 (waste of game animal), forfeiture of hunting, fishing or trapping license issued by this State and the privilege to hunt, fish or trap in this State for a period of 24 months from the date of conviction, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, pay fines, fees and or surcharges as agreed/ordered, pay back all restitution, $1,000 to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks for a bull elk with a $100 restitution handling fee, attend complete, comply and pay for Remedial Hunter Education Program per 87-6-915, shall file with the court and Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks a 3,500 word essay covering, the importance of legal and responsible hunting behaviors and the future of hunting in Montana, why do we have hunting laws, hunter ethics, the importance of respect of our natural resources, game conservation and wildlife preservation, due to court by 3/1/17, shall speak at a minimum of two Montana FWP Hunter Education Classroom Courses held in Eastern Montana (Region 7) about, the importance of hunting laws in Montana, the importance of respect and obeying those laws, personal experience with the consequences of disregarding and violating the hunting laws, what you have personally learned as a result of that experience, these speaking presentations must be monitored and signed off by a Warden of the Montana FWP, signed proof of two presentations to be filed with the court by 3/1/18, notify the court/counsel immediately (within
    48 hours) of any change in address or telephone number, ticket issued 8/4/16.
