Local community volunteer and Bourbon resident Richard J. Seidel, 72, was found deceased at his farm property on Fri., Sept. 27, in what appears to have been some type of accident or health issue.
Crawford County Sheriff Randy Martin reported that authorities responded to Seidel’s residence on Friday and located Seidel lying below his tree deer stand.
