MN: Minnesota Man Charged on Multiple Hunting Violations

MILES CITY, Mont.–Donald Gemuenden, 50, of Duluth MN, was fined a total of $5,953 and $1,000 in restitution losing his privileges to hunt, fish and trap in Montana and member states of the Wildlife Violator Compact.

Mr. Gemuenden was fined $220.00 for unlawfully purchasing two turkey tags, $1,230.00 for three antelope tags, $940.00 for six doe tags, $1,458.00 for three general deer tags and $1,035.00 for one general elk tag.

Gemuenden was also charged with unlawful possession of two mule deer bucks killed in Montana totaling $1,070.00 in fines and restitution of an additional $1,000.00.
