Man faces felonious assault charges after deer hunting incident

MONTCALM COUNTY, Mich. – Detectives with the Montcalm County Sheriff’s Department say they have arrested at Montcalm Township man over felonious assault charges.
Officers say that the 46-year-old man fired a high powered rifle at a Greenville man on November 27, 2010 during deer season.
The man was not injured in the incident.
The man was arrested and lodged in the Montcalm County Jail without incident.
