GREENWOOD TWP. – Authorities say a 46-year-old hunter was injured by a black bear Thursday in Greenwood Township.
The hunter was in a ground blind, hunting for porcupine, when a black bear came from behind, knocked him over and attacked him. He was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital and released.
