CUMBERLAND, Md. (AP) — The Maryland Natural Resources Police say 65-year-old Tracy Duvall Sr. blasted his nephew with a 12-gauge shotgun in a hunting accident in western Maryland.
Duvall thought he was firing at a turkey when he shot 39-year-old Jason Duvall from about 41 yards away shortly before 8 a.m. Monday.
