GLEN BURNIE, Md. —Police arrested Richard Warren, 64, on 125 counts of wildlife violations stemming from his hunting practices.
Warren was arrested Friday following a year-long investigation that uncovered hunting bounties at his former business site, including 134 sets of antlers with skull caps, un-tagged venison and turkey, several containers of deer tails and signs belonging to the Department of Natural Resources, officials said.
