On Saturday December 10, 2016 at approximately 7:30am, a Yarmouth DNR Officer inspected two duck hunters actively hunting waterfowl in the area of Parkers River and Route 28.
One of the hunters did not have a license to hunt or the required stamp needed to hunt waterfowl for the state of Massachusetts.
His firearm was seized as evidence and citations are pending.
