NEW ORLEANS — Bow hunter Glen Toups Jr., 40, was arrested after illegally killing a deer in Avoyelles Parish.
Toups was cited for hunting without deer tags and without either a season or a big-game hunting license. Toups also had his license revoked. A charge of hunting after license revocation is pending.
The charges against Toups carry maximum penalties of $450 in fines and 120 days in jail and still could face another charge.
