MARTIN COUNTY, Ky. – Brad Meade’s body was found off of Pigeon Roost Road in the Pilgrim community after a hunting accident.
Meade, 22, died from a bow and arrow. Martin County Sheriff John Kirk said that Meade must have fallen when his arrow was loaded in his bow, but strapped around his back. Meade reportedly pulled the arrow out of his leg, wrapped his shirt around the wound, and tried to make it back to his vehicle.
