The Clay County District Clerk’s Office reported that Eric L. Blanchard, Junction City, was fined $196 for taking a non-game animal in the Sugar Bowl wildlife area on Nov. 11 and Damien M. Gile, Waterbury, Utah, was fined $446 for two counts of hunting migratory birds along Mall Creek on Nov. 9.
