The culprits:
Double-Crested Cormorants,

The crime:
Success.

The same sentence for the same crime is planned

For the Gray Wolf
And the Canada Goose,

The dead-head Feds
Will allow slaughter
Without permits

So the local lynch mobs
Can decide
Who lives and who dies.

Science is to be ignored,
Replaced by
The whims of local gangs

And the ugliest
Human motive of all:

GREED.
