IDAHO FALLS, Idaho — The hunting licenses of Thirty-five-year-old Brandon Harris and 33-year-old Adam Harris have been revoked for life in Idaho following a three-month poaching spree.
Brandon Harris pleaded guilty to unlawfully killing or possessing a cow moose, a spike elk and at least eight deer. He received a reimbursable damage assessment of $104,250 and a prison sentence of up to five years.
Adam Harris pleaded guilty to unlawfully killing or possessing a cow moose, a spike elk and at least five deer. He received a prison sentence of up to five years to run concurrently with a previous prison sentence. His reimbursable damage assessment was set at $14,680.
