TIPTON, Iowa – A Tipton hunting store owner has pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting his clients to illegally hunt deer.
The Department of Natural Resources said Andy Wulf, who owns Whitetail Ridge Outfitter, will pay fines totaling about $400 for his role in aiding three men to illegally hunt deer.
