SIOUX CITY | A man acquitted of the 2010 death of a Historic Fourth Street bar patron is accused of poaching deer and other wildlife.

Bradley Gregg, 32, of Omaha, was charged with 12 counts of illegally killing, possessing or transporting wild game, three violations of restrictions on game birds or animals and one count of killing a wild turkey without a license or tag.

Gregg, formerly of Sioux City, illegally killed deer with a bow and arrow multiple times from Oct. 1 to Dec. 31 in Woodbury County, Iowa, court documents say.

He’s also accused of killing a turkey with a BB gun, which is illegal, and without a license for the species.

Gregg pleaded not guilty Wednesday.
