Kevin Simons, 55, asked his son to go pheasant hunting with him on Thanksgiving morning.
Simons was found face down in about 2 1/2 feet of water, about 200 yards from the shore.
A doctor ruled Simons’ cause of death to be exposure and hypothermia.
