DES MOINES, Iowa —Three Polk County men face 151 charges related to a fish and game case in Greene County, Iowa DNR officials said Tuesday.

Charges against Kolbehrdari include one count illegal possession of deer, one count illegal possession of a wild turkey, one count of failure to have a federal duck stamp, one count of failure to have a deer tag, one count failure to check turkey, 29 counts of keeping game birds or animals as pets in violation of Iowa Code Chapter 483A.23, 29 counts of unlawful possession of game birds or animals, one count of taking fish without a license, one count of possessing a rifle while deer hunting, one count of unlawful possession of fish, one count of unlawful possession of a Pied Billed Grebe, one count of unlawful possession of a Blue Wing Teal, one count of not having a game breeders license. Kolbehrdari faces fines of $6,832, if found guilty.

Charges against McGlothlen include one count no hunting license $100.50, one count no habitat stamp $87, one count no deer tag $93.75, one count possessing a rifle while deer hunting $127.50. McGlothlen faces fines of $408.75, if found guilty.

Charges against Presnall include one count illegal possession of fish $127.50, one count illegal possession of a whitetail deer, one count no deer license or tag, one count no habitat fee $87, one count no small game hunting license, 29 counts of keeping game girds or animals as pets in violation of Iowa Code Chapter 483A.23, 29 counts of unlawful possession of game birds or animals, one count of possessing a rifle while deer hunting, one count of unlawful possession of fish, one count of unlawful possession of a Pied Billed Grebe, one count of unlawful possession of a Blue Wing Teal, one count of not having a Game Breeders License, one count of not having a State Waterfowl Stamp, one count of not having a Federal Waterfowl Stamp, 3 counts of unlawful possession/take of squirrel, 5 counts of unlawful possession/take of dove

Presnall faces fines of $7,818.75, if found guilty.
