WY: Wanton taking of big horn sheep trial enters fifth day in Cody

A six-person jury trial in Cody entered its fifth day Friday to determine if Linda and Pete Haman, Scott Kincheloe and Brian Moore are guilty in the wanton killing of a big horn sheep.

Linda Haman is charged with accessory before the fact, conspiring to commit a misdemeanor and transfer of license, stamp, tag or coupon.

Pete Haman is charged with taking a big horn sheep and conspiring to commit a misdemeanor.

Brian Moore is charged with accessory before the fact.

Scott Kincheloe is charged with accessory before the fact and conspiring to commit a misdemeanor.

The charges were made following a sheep hunt on Oct. 27, 2014. Linda Haman and Moore were under surveillance by Forest Service Special Agent Scott Bragonier who used a scope, still camera, video camera and other equipment to watch them from a distance.
