Grand Teton National Park rangers issued a citation and warning to Randall Arrotta, 52, from Green Acres, Wash. for carrying a weapon and transporting wildlife parts.
Wyoming Game and Fish Department wardens gave him a citation for hunting big game as a nonresident in designated wilderness area without a licensed guide.
