Dodge County Sheriff’s officials say a 43-year-old Mukwonago man was shot in the face with a bird shot fired from a shotgun by a 58-year-old Richfield man on Tuesday, February 24th in the Township of Leroy.
An investigation has revealed the Richfield man shot at a flying pheasant and struck the other hunter who was 40-to-50 yards away.
