GREEN LAKE COUNTY, WI – A 17-year-old from Cambria was taken into custody for mistreatment of animals – causing death on Monday.
According to the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office, a man reported that his family dog had been missing since May 12th and he suspected foul play was involved. The 10-year-old yellow lab was running in a field near a fence when it was shot by a turkey hunter. The remains of the dog were located on Sunday.
