A duck hunter was swept off his feet by a fast-moving current and had to be rescued by firefighters in Salem Township.
After slipping into the water and being dragged down stream, the hunter ditched his backpack and swam to the other side of the creek.
With temperatures in the 30s and windchills even lower, emergency responders knew they had to act quickly to prevent hypothermia.
They got him relatively quickly and over to an ambulance.
