Daniel Franklin dies after boat overturns
SHARKEY COUNTY, Miss. — Daniel Franklin, 24, and two others were in a boat duck hunting when it overturned Sunday morning in Delta National Forest.
Franklin’s waders filled up with water, pulling him down, authorities said.
