Leflore County Sheriff Ricky Banks tells the Greenwood Commonwealth that 58-year-old Sonny Hayes has been charged with hunting after hours and unlawfully possessing a firearm to do it.
Hayes allegedly also wasn’t wearing the requisite hunting attire, hunter’s orange. He was charged with hunting from a public road, headlighting deer and possession of an illegal shot size.
