CO Mike Lee (Crosslake) received numerous complaints of trespassing with property owners out checking stands for the upcoming firearms season.
Officer Lee received a call from one property owner stating he found a new stand placed on his property. The stand was taken down by the property owner with follow up investigation continuing. Officer Lee also received a call of a stand being left on public land by a small game hunter along with a pile of fresh corn a few yards away; further investigation will continue into the firearms season.
