PLAQUEMINES PARISH, LA (WVUE) – Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Enforcement agents recently cited two Belle Chasse men for alleged hunting violations in Plaquemines Parish.
Agents cited Derek P. Billiot, 34, for violating non-toxic shot requirements while hunting migratory game birds, taking over the limit of coots and taking over the limit of rabbits. Agents also cited William A. Schultheis III, 34, for hunting without a basic hunting license.
Billiot allegedly admitted to killing the rabbits and coots.
