NATCHITOCHES PARISH, LA (KSLA) – A hunter is recuperating after being shot Dec. 28 in southwest Natchitoches Parish.
Derrick Coutee, 35, was hunting hogs in Kisatchie Wilderness Area when the accident happened.
Hunters in his group were shooting at hogs when a bullet went through one of Coutee’s legs and lodged in the other.
