WILLIAMSPORT, IN — A hunter suffered a broken ankle and leg after a 25-foot fall from a tree stand Thursday in Warren County.
James Hart, 70, was hunting from a hang on a tree stand when the straps securing the stand broke.
Hart was laying on the ground for about five hours before his hunting partner found him.
Hart sustained a broken ankle, a broken leg, injuries to his head, back and shoulder.
